Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Principles

RunSales is designed for individual sales professionals who want to analyze deals, upload call transcripts, and generate AI-powered coaching and sales assets. You may only use the Service in a lawful, responsible manner and in compliance with these rules.

You are responsible for everything you upload, submit, transmit, or generate using the Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, submit, or generate any of the following:

2.1 Illegal or Harmful Content

This includes:

• Content that violates any law or regulation
• Threats, harassment, defamation, or abusive material
• Malware, spyware, exploits, or harmful code

2.2 Restricted or Protected Data

You may not upload:

• Protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA
• Government-classified information
• Export-controlled technical data (ITAR, EAR)
• Social Security numbers or national ID numbers
• Payment card data

2.3 Company-Confidential Information You Do Not Have the Right to Share

This includes:

• Internal company secrets or documents you are prohibited from uploading
• Customer lists if restricted by your employer
• Confidential materials subject to NDAs or compliance rules

You are solely responsible for verifying your authorization to upload any data. RunSales does not validate or monitor whether you have permission.

3. Prohibited Uses of the Service

You may not:

3.1 Reverse Engineer, Decompile, or Dismantle the Service

This includes:

• Attempting to extract models, prompts, or system designs
• Benchmarking to build a competing product

3.2 Scrape or Harvest Any Part of the Service

Including:

• Automated extraction of content
• Bypassing rate limits
• Automated queries outside intended use

3.3 Use the Service to Build Competitive Datasets or Models

You may not use outputs, prompts, or workflows to:

• Train your own AI models
• Create competing AI systems or SaaS products
• Build corpora for commercial model training

3.4 Engage in Fraudulent, Deceptive, or Harmful Activity

Including:

• Impersonation of others
• Phishing or social engineering
• Attempts to harm customers, prospects, or organizations

3.5 Attempt to Circumvent Security or Access Controls

Including:

• Unauthorized access to another user's data
• Probing for vulnerabilities
• Accessing internal APIs or private endpoints

4. Resource and Rate Limits

You may not:

• Abuse or exhaust system resources
• Circumvent API usage restrictions
• Attempt excessive parallel uploads or requests

RunSales may enforce reasonable rate limits, fair use policies, or throttling to ensure platform stability.

5. Enforcement and Suspension

RunSales may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You violate this AUP
• You upload prohibited data
• Your usage threatens system integrity or security
• Your activity exposes RunSales to legal, financial, or compliance risk

All suspensions and terminations are at RunSales' sole discretion and do not entitle you to a refund.

RunSales may modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
