You acknowledge that RunSales has no relationship with your employer and does not verify whether you have the right to upload employer, customer, or third-party data.

Account & Profile:

• Preferences, settings, and usage history

User Data:

• Deal notes, CRM exports, transcripts, call summaries
• Emails, messages, documents, or other content uploaded into the Service
• Chat messages and interactions with AI features

You control what User Data you choose to upload. As stated in the Terms of Service, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have all rights and permissions required to upload User Data, including any employer or customer data. RunSales does not verify, review, or guarantee that User Data you submit is authorized or compliant with any agreements or policies.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

We may automatically collect:

• Log data (IP address, device type, browser)
• Usage metrics (time on pages, features accessed)
• Session events
• Diagnostic and performance data
• Authentication metadata

We use this information to secure, operate, and improve the Service.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

If you choose to integrate third-party tools (e.g., CRM or calendar tools), we may receive data via those integrations.

You authorize RunSales to access such information as needed to provide the Service. RunSales is not responsible for third-party privacy practices.

• Deliver AI-powered coaching, analysis, summaries, and recommendations
• Generate prep documents, emails, coaching outputs, or other artifacts you request
• Provide RAG (retrieval augmented generation) over your deal content
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance

3.2 To Provide AI Features

We process User Data to:

• Generate AI outputs
• Extract deal details (stakeholders, pain points, risks, next steps)
• Produce internal or external sales communications
• Recommend actions based on deal context

You understand that AI outputs may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by a human. RunSales does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability.

3.3 To Improve Our Models and Service

We may use information derived from User Data to improve the Service. This includes:

• Training, tuning, and evaluating our own scoring, ranking, and guidance systems
• Measuring feature usage and performance
• Developing aggregated, anonymized sales insights

When we do this, we do not use your identifiable deal content to train third-party foundation models.

Where we use User Data for model or feature improvement, we either:

• Work with anonymized or aggregated data, or
• Obtain your explicit opt-in for any use of identifiable content.

3.4 To Secure the Platform

• Detect abuse, misuse, and security events
• Enforce our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy

4. How We Share Information

4.1 With Service Providers and Subprocessors

We may share data with vendors who help operate our infrastructure, such as:

We retain User Data while your account is active.

Upon account deletion:

• We delete or anonymize raw User Data
• Backups will age out on their normal cycle
• Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely
